1. Purpose of the Service

Zenbergs (hereinafter, "the Consultancy") provides B2B consulting services in process optimization and cybersecurity, including IT infrastructure audits, risk mitigation strategies, and access to an encrypted portal for corporate clients. These terms govern access to and use of the zenbergs.com platform and all associated services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Zenbergs services, the client accepts these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform and services. The Consultancy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes at least 15 days in advance via email or notice on the portal.

3. Client Obligations

The client agrees to: (a) provide truthful and up-to-date information during the registration and contracting process; (b) maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials; (c) not use the services for illegal activities or those that violate the rights of third parties; (d) actively cooperate in audits and optimization processes, facilitating access to necessary systems and documentation.

4. Zenbergs Responsibility

Zenbergs commits to executing services with due professional diligence, using recognized methodologies (ISO 27001, NIST, BPM). However, the Consultancy does not guarantee the total elimination of security risks or specific results in process optimization, as these depend on external factors and implementation by the client. Zenbergs' liability is limited to the value of the contracted service for the corresponding period.

5. Usage Limitations

It is prohibited to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or modify portal content without express authorization; (b) attempt to breach platform security; (c) use audit reports for purposes other than those agreed upon; (d) share access credentials with unauthorized third parties. Non-compliance will result in immediate suspension of service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, software, and documentation provided by Zenbergs are the exclusive property of the Consultancy. The client receives a limited use license for the purposes of the contracted service, without the right to assignment or sublicense. Client data and information remain their property.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information exchanged during service provision. Zenbergs complies with the Argentine Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25.326) and guarantees that client data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Term and Termination

The service has a fixed term according to the signed contract. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. In case of material breach, the affected party may terminate the service immediately. Upon termination, the client must return all provided documentation and credentials.
